Placing an order is very simple! Just follow these steps:

1. 🛍️ Browse Products – Visit our homepage or shop section and explore hijabs and accessories.

2. 👆 Select Your Item – Click on the product you like, choose size/color (if applicable), and tap "Add to Cart".

3. 🛒 View Cart – Once added, click the cart icon (top right) to review your selected items.

4. 📝 Checkout – Click "Checkout", fill in your name, address, contact number, and select Cash on Delivery.

5. ✅ Place Order – Click "Place Order" — you’ll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.

اردو: جب آپ آرڈر دے دیتے ہیں، تو آگے یہ عمل ہوتا ہے:

A1- Our delivery time within Pakistan is 3–5 working days. In some cases, delays may occur due to weather or high order volume.

A1- Humari delivery Pakistan mein 3-5 working days mein hoti hai. Local orders mein kabhi kabhi delay ho sakta hai weather ya load ki wajah se.

A2- Yes, we do accept bulk and wholesale orders. You can contact us on WhatsApp for custom pricing.

A3- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. However, exchanges are available if you are not satisfied.

A4- Yes, all our products are washable. We recommend gentle or hand washing to maintain fabric quality.

A14- If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will cancel it.

A15- When a customer places an order but refuses to receive it without reason, it breaks our trust. In such cases, we reserve the right to ask for advance payment on future orders.

A15- Jab koi customer order place karke bina wajah parcel receive nahi karta, to humare liye wo trust break hota hai. Is wajah se aise cases mein hum agle order par advance payment lene ka decision lete hain.
